  • How do I book a service?
    You simply need fill out our Contact Form found in the Contact Us tab or you can call or text us at (512) 902-6777 or (737) 333-1314.
  • Can I choose a specific time and date for my service?
    We schedule our services Mon-Friday from 7am - 5pm. We pride ourselves on flexibility, so if this time frame is conflicting, feel free to contact us and we will see what we can offer you in terms of suitable timeframes.
  • How often will you clean my home?
    Tailored home cleaning services are offered on a weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, or monthly basis. Every residence is individually assessed to accommodate the customer's requirements, ensuring a commitment to delivering high-quality work with a satisfaction guarantee.
  • Can I get an over the phone estimate or do you have to come to my home?
    We offer in home, over the phone, and written estimates. All estimates are free and hold no obligation. To get a written estimate you will have to go to our “Contact Us” tab on our website and fill out the information and mention the service you are requesting. In order to give an accurate house cleaning estimate we will need to know how many square feet we will be cleaning. For any other estimates you will need to call the office at 512-902-6777 or 737-333-1314.
  • Do I have to be home when your crew is performing a service?
    No, as long as you have a way to let us in when you are not home there is no reason for you to have to be there. However, if it makes you feel more comfortable we welcome you to stay and watch what we do. All of our employees are trustworthy and friendly, they do have a schedule though so make sure to give them enough space to get their work done.
